Before you hire an attorney for your case, we need to talk. I’m not a fancy big-firm lawyer with a marble office or a Monet on the wall. I work hard to keep my overhead low, which translates into reasonable rates for you.
I will take the time to personally handle your case from our first meeting until the case is fully resolved. Moreover, I will personally respond to each and every phone call or email that is made to my office instead of making my clients talk to a secretary or receptionist. As you will soon find out, I am not one of those attorneys whose name is on the letterhead, but who assigns his clerks, paralegals and junior attorneys fresh out of law school to make the court appearances and do the actual work on the case.

After graduating in 2002 from Duke Law School, a top ten school, I worked for large and small law firms in Missouri and Illinois. While I have handled cases for Blockbuster, Burlington Northern and other large corporations, I have also fought on behalf of individuals in a wide variety of areas ranging from family law to drafting employee agreements to complex commercial litigation.
Since graduating, I have spent countless time in courtrooms listening to and learning from the greatest legal minds. I have over nine years of courtroom experience. I do not fear going to court. I do not fear threats from opposing counsel. My experience will serve you well because it will make it easier for me to advise you on the best course of action. I prefer resolving cases amicably, but if the situation calls for it, I will vigorously fight for your rights.
My wife and I moved to Elk Grove in 2009 with our three kids. Although I am based in Elk Grove, I am willing to meet with clients at conferences rooms conveniently located throughout Sacramento so you will never be inconvenienced with a long drive to my office.
